SUGAR SYRUP MANUFACTURING PLANT
- Volume ranging from 50 L to 20,000 L
- The sugar syrup vessel is supplied with high speed stirrer and electrical heating / steam heating facility
- User friendly designed makes it easy to assemble and clean entry of propeller agitations provided from bottom using specially designed mechanical seal face.
- The sugar syrup is prepared at required temperature and are transferred to Mfg. Vessel by vacuum or by transfer pump.
- The product during emulsion formation is re- circulated through In-line homogenizer or liquid transfer pump (optionally)
- The pump also discharges the product in the storage vessel.
- The storage vessel is then taken to the filling area and its connected to again liquid transfer pump.

- Volume – 5L to 30,000 L
- Storage tank and jacketed vessel are used to manufacture or store high quality liquids and solutions required by different industries like pharmaceuticals, chemical and cosmetics.
- Can be designed in any shape as per client requirement .
- It can be available in electric or steam heated

COLLOIDAL MILL
- It is used to reduce the particle size of a solid in suspension in a liquid, or to reduce the droplet size of a liquid suspended in another liquid
• It works on the rotor stator principle.
• Rotar turns at high speed 2000- 18000 rpm.
• Higher shear rates lead to smaller droplet , down to approximately which are more resistant to emulsion suspension.
